• I don't keep copies of people's actual charts after they are done. I do keep your astrological data in my computer's database, unless you tell me not to, because then I can pull it up quickly if you order a different chart in the future.

• Unless you tell me to subscribe you to one of the updates (Annwn Updates or Reports Only), your email will be used only to contact you about your order. It will never ever be sold or passed on to anyone else. This goes for you and for anyone you refer.

• The primary use of your mailing address is as a simple precaution - both to determine whether sales tax must be added and to protect both our interests in case of a problem. I may send you a small token of appreciation from time to time, and may also send you an up-to-date price list/brochure or occasional special offers. If you don't want to receive these, all you have to do is send an email to say so, or indicate so on your order form.

• Your chart will not be read by anyone else. The extent of my reading of your chart is as follows:
  • I will do any formatting needed.
  • I will run a spelling and grammar checker.
  • In some cases, I will replace the original text with new text; this can include things like replacing a name with "your Dad", for example, in a relationship chart, and weeding out one or two irrelevant paragraphs from platonic relationship reports.

• I use a trusted virtual assistant, Debbie Karimullah of DCK Virtual Office Services, to print and mail any printed charts. We have a privacy agreement whereby the charts are not read; they are simply prepared in a manner much more professional that I could achieve here, and mailed on.
